How Close is this Hotel to the Disneyland® Resort ?
We are the closest hotel!
We are located directly across the street from the Disneyland® Resorts main pedestrian entrance! We are only 250 steps away from the Magic!
Check In / Out
Check in / Check out times?
Check in starts at 3pm daily. Check out time is 11am.
Do you offer an early check in option?
Yes we do! This is based on availability and a fee may apply.
Do you offer a late check out option?
Yes we do! This is based on availability. Please check with the front desk for options. A fee may apply.
Is there an age requirement to stay at your hotel?
In the State of California there is no minimum age requirement to stay at a hotel. We do require valid I.D and a credit card to check in.
Is a credit card required to check in?
Yes a credit card must be presented at check in along with Gov’t issued photo I.D.
What is the latest time I can check in?
All Reservations are guaranteed for a late check in. If you plan on checking in after midnight please contact the hotel prior to advise.
Parking
Is there a parking fee at the hotel?
Yes, the daily parking fee is $30.00 with in/out privileges. 1 car per room.
Can I park prior to check in?
Yes, you can park starting at 1pm the day of your arrival.
Can I leave my car in the parking lot after I check out?
Yes, you may leave your vehicle up to 3pm on your day of departure.
Shuttle Service
Do you have a shuttle to the theme parks?
No, but we are the closest hotel to the Disneyland® Resorts main pedestrian entrance! We are approx. a 2-3 minute walk to the Magic!
Guest Services
Do you have a guest laundry area?
Yes we do! Our self serve laundry area is open daily 7am – 10pm, with the last load in at 8.15pm.
Washers and dryers are $4.00 each. Laundry soap is also available for purchase.
What is available in your front lobby area?
We have a free 24hr coffee station –which includes coffee, lattes, expresso, hot chocolate! Free to all guests.
We have a guest business center with 3 computers and a printer for guest use.
There is a 24hr Grab, Scan & Go area – offering snacks, drinks, toiletries and even Disney® merchandise for purchase.
Our lobby area is open 24 hours a day. There will also be someone to assist you.
Do you have a Swimming Pool?
Yes we have outdoor swimming pool and hot tub. Showers are also available. Our pool area is open daily 9am -10pm.
Luggage storage / packages delivered
Can you hold my luggage before check in and after check out?
Yes we can hold you luggage in a secure area free of charge.
Can I have packages / food delivered?
Yes, but all food must be non -perishable, unless delivered when you are at the hotel. Please make sure all deliveries have the same name as the registered guest of the hotel.
Breakfast
Do you have a free breakfast?
Yes we do. Our breakfast is a buffet style with many various hot items, cereals, pastries and much more.
Breakfast is served daily 6:30am – 9:30am.
