Halloween Time at the Disneyland® Resort!
The spookiest of all Holiday seasons begins August 21st, 2026 at The Happiest Place on Earth®! Halloween Time is one of the most popular seasonal events at both theme parks. Family friendly Halloween fun can be had around every corner of the resort – with lots of themed characters, special treats, and maybe the occasional tricks!
There’s so much to see and do that we’ve highlighted some Spooky delights not to be missed:
Haunted Mansion® Holiday – returns August 21st!
Jack Skellington transforms the infamous Haunted Mansion® into the holiday favorite – Haunted Mansion® Holiday! Festive touches come alive in this classic ride. Inspired by Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas. You just might see Sally, Oogie Boogie and other beloved characters from the movie. This is a fan favorite and definately a “do not miss” on our list!
Main Street Pumpkin Festival®
Take a stroll down Main Street U.S.A and you’ll discover hand carved pumpkins galore! You’ll discover many of your favorite Disney® character carved into pumkin form. There is even a giant (and we mean GIANT) Mickey pumpkin – worthy of a photo opp! This is a great way to begin your Halloween fun at the Happiest Place.
Mickey’s Trick or Treat® at the Disney®Theatre
Mickey Mouse and all his pals have come together for one frightfully fun Halloween party! Laugh and dance at this not so scary event – great for kids of all ages. During this performance at the Disney® Theatre you will hear 2 original Halloween songs, a fun video projection, bubbles and many more surprises. Check for show times for this family favorite event located inside Disney California Adventure® Park.
Oogie Boogie Bash® – a Disney Halloween Party
Oogie Boogie Bash® is a seperate ticketed event held inside Disney California Adventure® Park. This is a family friendly and fun Halloween event with plenty of tricks and treats for everyone. This popular event is available on select nights in August, September and October, from 6pm – 11pm. The ticket to this event also includes admission to Disney California Adventure Park as early as 3:00 PM—that’s 3 hours before the party begins! Ticket Price: Starting at $139 per Guest (ages 3+)
